The Cycle path passes right through the farm, and we are next to the bus stop at Huxhams Cross and a short 10 minute walk from the bus stop at Shinners Bridge Dartington.  The Mainline train station in Totnes is short taxi or bus ride or a 30 minute walk along the cycle track.

Driving to the Apricot Centre at Huxhams Cross Farm

The A384 is the road from Totnes to Buckfastleigh. Coming from Buckfastleigh after you drive over Riverford Bridge (over the Dart) the road then rises towards Huxhams Cross. Just before you reach the top of the hill Rattery Lane is a tight turn off to the right. There is a 30 mph speed limit sign just before you turn into the lane. Coming from Totnes and Dartington on the A384, after the roundabout in Dartington Village, you will cross another small roundabout (Meadowbrook) and then you will soon see St Mary’s Church on the right (at the bottom of the Dartington Hall drive). Keep following the A384 up the hill until you reach the top (Huxhams Cross) and start to descend. The next left turn is Rattery Lane (opposite some yurts and caravans at Huxhams Cross). On Rattery Lane drive 100 yards and you will find a signposted turning on the left ‘Apricot Centre’. Drive through the gate straight ahead and you will come to a parking area. NB. our neighbours at Love Barn are down the lane left of the entrance gateway.
